CDL, Keppel land unit join hands for $1.1b Singapore venture

December 16, 2015:  Singapore-listed City Developments Limited (CDL) said it had reached a deal with Keppel Land’s property fund management arm, Alpha Investment Partners Limited, to create a joint office investment platform through its second Profit Participation Securities (PPS) transaction.This joint office investment platform will acquire three of CDLs prime office assets for S$1.1 billion.
